Neural-Lotto Just-In-Time Policy

JUST-IN-TIME POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

This Just-In-Time Policy (the “Policy”) outlines NEURAL-LOTTO's commitment to ensuring the timely delivery of lottery prediction results, provided certain conditions are met by the user. This Policy also details the recourse available to users in the event of a delay attributable to NEURAL-LOTTO. By using NEURAL-LOTTO's services, users agree to comply with the terms set forth herein.

 

2. TIMELY DELIVERY GUARANTEE

NEURAL-LOTTO guarantees the delivery of lottery prediction results to users who submit their service requests at least two (2) to three (3) hours before the scheduled lottery draw (the “Submission Window”) in the country or region of origin. This guarantee applies only to requests that are fully and accurately submitted through the NEURAL-LOTTO website.

 

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure the timely delivery of lottery prediction results, users are responsible for:

  1. Submitting service requests within the Submission Window.
  2. Ensuring that all required information is accurate and complete at the time of submission.
  3. Monitoring their email and account for delivery of the lottery prediction results.

 

4. CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS

NEURAL-LOTTO's guarantee is subject to the following conditions and limitations:

  1. The guarantee applies only to requests submitted within the Submission Window.
  2. NEURAL-LOTTO is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside its control, including but not limited to technical issues, internet outages, and user error.
  3. NEURAL-LOTTO reserves the right to determine the suitability of any claim made under this Policy.
  4. The guarantee is not applicable to orders submitted using Trial and/or Free Promo Codes.
  5. The guarantee does not apply to any order submitted to the legacy NeuralReality AI Engine.

 

5. DELAY DUE TO NEURAL-LOTTO

If NEURAL-LOTTO determines, at its sole discretion, that a delay in the delivery of lottery prediction results was due to its own fault, NEURAL-LOTTO may, as a gesture of goodwill, issue one (1) Promo Code worth one (1) single use to the affected user to be applied on the same AI system as was used on the delayed result. The following conditions apply:

  1. The issuance of a one (1) single use Promo Code is at NEURAL-LOTTO's sole discretion.
  2. The Promo Code will be provided if and only if NEURAL-LOTTO deems the claim to be suitable.
  3. The Promo Code will be valid for a single use and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
  4. The Promo Code will be valid only for application on the same AI system as was used on the delayed result and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

 

6. CLAIMS PROCESS

To submit a claim under this Policy, users must:

  1. Contact NEURAL-LOTTO through the contact information provided on the website within twenty-four (24) hours of the missed scheduled lottery draw.
  2. Provide all relevant information, including user account details, the service request submission time, and any other information requested by NEURAL-LOTTO.
  3. Await NEURAL-LOTTO's determination regarding the claim.

 

7. PROMO CODE TERMS

Any Promo Code issued under this Policy will be subject to the following terms:

  1. The Promo Code is non-transferable and has no cash or crypto token value.
  2. The Promo Code must be used within the validity period specified by NEURAL-LOTTO.
  3. NEURAL-LOTTO reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promo Code at any time.

 

8. NO FURTHER LIABILITY

The issuance of a Promo Code, as described herein, constitutes the sole remedy available to users in the event of a delay attributable to NEURAL-LOTTO. NEURAL-LOTTO shall have no further liability for any such delay.

 

9. CHANGES TO POLICY

NEURAL-LOTTO reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of NEURAL-LOTTO's services after any changes to this Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
